I have a request for an enhancement to the Campaign Creator. I really wish it would allow creators to use their own custom names for cities and regions.

I ask this for historical accuracy; I just spent 3 days researching a specific period of ancient China, made my own hand-drawn map with the city names I want to use in my campaign, then when I go into the campaign editor I see that I am limited to choosing only those city names on their list. Less than half of the city names I researched and planned on using are available there.

To be blunt, this sucks. Why bother trying to put together historically accurate campaigns when these kind of limitations make it impossible ?

I have read that a patch for Zeus allowed you to use custom city names. This makes me feel a little better. I would like to make a plea to the developers to include this feature in the first patch of the campaign creator for Emperor. I also want to be able to use my own custom region names.
