Try to make DDR Jake's Massilia into a stablized city within the 117xx population zone, and more Luxury Palaces supported by warehouse transported food.

He wish to see what I've done to improve his city.

After my refinement, the housing counts are
Luxury Palaces : 7
Grand Insulae : 97
Medium Insulae 2x2 : 3
Medium Insulae 1x1 : 13
Large Casa 2x2 : 10
Large Casa 1x1 : 30
Small Casa 2x2 : 4
Small Casa 1x1 : 10
Total population count : 11,820
Real population : 11,790
Total ghosts : 30

The goods consumption and production is breaking even at olive with import level of 25 carts to support a little bit more than 104 houses, 6 furniture workshops at 120 houses, and 8 pottery workshops at 160 houses. The food production and markets are excessive, but necessary to keep the balance, maybe 2 or 3 markets can be removed if they are at more optimal positions, and some granaries are just for more food storage over 4 months. Sadly cannot get the full mark remark from teachers due to lack of entertainment access necessary to keep the population and consumption down.

Running till 2011 AD, and the census didn't seem to be very stable yet, the number of young people fluctuated between 1498 to 1503, and children from 3198 to 3204, the ratio is slightly off than the common known ratio of 0.127 and 0.272 at average health, since I don't know what's the 4th decimal place of this ratio (which in this case is important for building 15 or 16 academies to reach 100 culture rating). I wonder at 1500 young people what would be the total population with a stable census.
