So is the other thread going to be moved here?

Should be eventually, I just lack the power to actually do it. I guess I'd suggest continuing the game for now through this thread and then migrating the newer posts over. I'm sorry its taking so long.

Now, which direction? I am just going to take the first direction given by someone, not wait two weeks for everyone to agree.

*Yeah... ok. Blatant might not even be playing, but you guys are going west now. (On that note Blatant, since FoO's game died, would you like to join this one?)

I would say west towards where we first encountered that rider, and then follow the path from there. Our eventual goal is southwest, after all.

*Several hours of walking west pass. They are very boring, nothing interesting seems to happen. Until you come across a road running north and south.*

Gasp! A perpendicular road! WHAT SHALL WE DO!

Did we pass this road on the way to the trading post? If so, continue on our way. If not, we shall travel south.

*Neither Shamiel nor Delanor seem to recall passing any road going north and south on their way to the trade camp, so they decide to head south, ignoring anyone saying anything else as that would take days.

As the daylight begins to fade dark clouds begin to gather and rain begins to pour. The travelers can't seem to find anywhere to get out of the rain, until they spot what looks like a cave off to the west side of the road.*

As the three enter the cave, it quickly becomes clear to those who can see well in the dark (Delanor, and to a lesser extent Shamiel) that this was once a mine, and that parts of it seem to have collapsed at some point in the past. The path before you splits into three tunnels, one going forward, one left, and one right. The tunnels forward and to the right are collapsed, but the one to the left leads to a dead end.

Near the collapsed areas, a couple of skeletons and some old mining equipment can be seen, crushed by the collapse of the mine. Pickaxes and shovels, some still held by the skeletal hands of those who once used them. A mining cart can be seen on some old tracks down the right path, with several old crates sitting in it. Several other crates sit next to the track as well.

Start with the crates, then the collapsed tunnels, then the walls of the area we're in, then the third tunnel.

"Druid, there is a lever in one of these crates, but I can not seem to get to move. You look better built than myself or Shamiel. Perhaps you can pull it?"
