The zip file in this download is named 'Kaicheng.zip' and contains a map file named 'Kaicheng.map'. This is a modified version of the Kaicheng map from the "Builder for the Great Khans" custom campaign. It is 'enormous' in size, and has a temperate climate. It is easier to play than the version in the campaign, because it has been modified to provide more resources.

After downloading the zip file, unzip the map into the folder: \SIERRA\EmperorRotMK\Cities. That will make it available for selection in Open play, or for viewing in the editor.

A list of the modifications that are included on it is as follows:

1. A Stone quaary was added to the northwest edge of the map.

2. Salt marshes were added on the northwest edge.

Additional Comments:
Very beautiful maps and looks natural. Only problem is the cliff below the northern hole is too close and have limited place to put Mill, the hole itself is capable to fit 2 medium housing block, but the mill is hard to reach making the area a bit unstable for one of the block.

Hello arivus! Thanks for the review of this map. It is one of my favorite ones that I've built over the years. Here is a link to how I built on it during the playtesting of my "Builder for the Great Khans" campaign.
