The zip file in this download is named 'ChiaoChih-AXD4-OP.zip' and contains a map file named 'ChiaoChih-AXD4-OP.map'. After downloading the zip file, unzip the map into the folder: \SIERRA\EmperorRotMK\Cities. That will make it available for selection in Open play, or for viewing in the editor.

This is a modified version of the Chiao-chih map from the "A Xia’s Diary IV" custom campaign. It is 'enormous' in size, and has a humid climate. This map is an adaptation of the actual topography of the ancient city of Thang Long (which we know today as Hanoi, Vietnam). The map has extensive ruins and depicts Thang Long as it was in 1260 CE just after the city had been sacked by invading Mongols. It will be up to you to rebuild Thang Long as a proper capital of Dai Viet (ancient Vietnam).

A list of the modifications that are included on this Open Play version of the map are as follows:

1. Iron ore was added to the north east edge of the map.

2. A stone quarry was added to the northwest edge of the map.

3. Copper ore was added to the north edge of the map.

4. Two predator points were added to the map

I'd like to fix this map in Map Editor however application is shutdown when I tried open it. Can you help me ? I want to add Tea in this map.

You cannot modify the map to add tea. It is just a crop you grow.
