find this population contest map off my computer and tried it out with the long loop technique.

final results:
135k population

3 files attached:
1. the blue print of the city
2. the final city
3. the original map (it would be smart to modify the map and limit the luxury good to only jewlry. such that it can be imported without worrying about evolve housing to 4x4 level).

on a double harvest year, it is impressive to watch how quickly the grain and lettuce get consumed...
