So this is my Hetep for the Pharaoh Walkthrough on YT.

Some noticeable features:
* The city is divided into distinct "zones".
* Only the reed field by the entry point is used
* There are no manors or estates to increase tax income
* Apart from the usual slum housing, all housing is Fancy Residence

In Hetepsenusret, your main challenge is to earn a crap-ton of cash early from only one export: papyrus. Only Dakhla will be purchasing this commodity, but later trade routes will provide additional export incomes. At the start, it's imperative that a good starting point is found to ensure maximum exportation of papyrus. Later, you'll be able to export beer, linen and wood which should help to deal with your limited money, but as the population grows and you start on the Mausoleum, you may want to avoid exporting linen at all. Monument placement is certainly not an issue, but the Grand Mudbrick Complex must be on the center island, due to the causeway.
