I can only comment on Australia, but Games Warehouse are now saying that the game won't be available here until the 8th of June!.

Has anyone heard anything different?

Greypawn said it is the 23rd for non-americans.

Edit: Strangly though the 8th of June is my sisters birthday so if that is the internation date we are bothe getting gifts.

Yes, I remember GP saying that.

I've sent an email of to Games Warehouse, asking that they confirm the date for me incase they've made some kind of mistake.

I mean... that's 6 weeks after the initial release...
They can't be serious?

hmmm... I can't wait for the day to come when I can just *download* the damn thing on the release date and have done with it.

Aparrantly New Zealand gets it on May 16th.

They must have the date wrong. I'll see what I hear back from them.

No way it can be *that* far behind the proper release date.

I might ask the guys at my local EB if they can do any better.

I got an email back from Games warehouse. These guys are usually pretty spot on with their release dates.

Apparently they've got a new data of June 1st.

Which puts it about a week after the rest of the world gets it .

Aren't release dates fun

This of course only applies to us lucky folks in Australia.
