The more I worked on my guide, the more troublesome it became...I think I need to divide it into the 3 races to preserve my sanity :P.


Cuotl Units

City Units:

Holy Ark (not sure if this is produced here)
Role: Cuotl Supply unit.
Tactics and Abilities:
Supply Aura- (Passive) Nearby friendly units do not take attrition damage, and receive a damage boost.
Healing Aura- (Passive) Heals nearby friendly troops.
Personal Shield- (Passive) Once upgraded, equips your Holy Arks with energy shields that are capable of absorbing damage, and recharges over time.
Channel- The Holy Ark channels its energies into a building, reducing its cost or production time.


Fane Units:

Sentinel
Population: 2 (9 men)
Role: Ranged Cuotl Infantry. Sentinels form the bulk of the Cuotl army. Sentinels are the most powerful, but also the most expensive of the 3 basic infantry units in the game.
Tactics and Abilities:
Personal Shield- (Passive) Once upgraded, equips your Sentinels with energy shields that are capable of absorbing damage, and recharges over time.
Personal Cloak- An upgrade that grants the ability to turn the Sentinel invisible, but only for a limited amount of time.

Sun Jaguar
Role: Fast-moving early melee support unit of the Cuotl. Sun Jaguars also have a ranged Sun Beam attack.
Tactics and Abilities:
Personal Shield- (Passive) Once upgraded, equips your Sun Jaguars with energy shields that are capable of absorbing damage, and recharges over time.

Death Snake
Role: Heavy melee support unit, with a area-of-effect poison attack.
Tactics and Abilities:
Personal Shield- (Passive) Once upgraded, equips your Death Snakes with energy shields that are capable of absorbing damage, and recharges over time.
Trample- (Passive) This unit does trample damage to nearby enemies, bowling them over.
Poison Attack- (Passive) Enemies damaged by this unit take additional damage over time.

Sanctuary Units

Sun Cannon
Role: Cuotl Siege unit. Good against buildings.
Tactics and Abilities:

Sun Idol
Role: Slow, Super-Heavy Cuotl ranged unit that can target both land-based and aerial foes.
Tactics and Abilities:
[Ranged Stance]- Default tactic of the Sun Idol. Fires a powerful beam from its arm.
[Melee Stance]- In this tactic, the Sun Idol goes into melee combat.
Trample- (Passive) This unit does trample damage to nearby enemies, bowling them over.

Death Sphere
Role: Cuotl heavy support unit. Good against massed land enemies. The Death Sphere deals tremendous damage to nearby enemy land units.
Tactics and Abilities:
Trample- (Passive) This unit does trample damage to nearby enemies, bowling them over.

City of Vengeance
Role: The Cuotl master unit, and their most powerful form of siege. Capable of attacking land and air targets simultaneosly at range with bolts of lightning. Good against everything.
Tactics and Abilities:
Transport: You can load units in the City of Vengeance for transport as well as unload them from it.
Self-repair- The City of Vengeance repairs itself to its maximum health. (I guess it's not a passive ability?)
Note: There might be extra abilities I don't know about (such as the rumoured melting ability), and I think it'll have trample, though I don't know it for a fact.
Disrupt- Deals and extraordinary amount of damage to a single building or city.
Gravity Wave- Sends out a powerful shockwave, damaging and stunning enemy troops.

Temple Units

Scout Eye
Role: Speedy Cuotl aerial scout unit.
Tactics and Abilities:
Detector- (Passive) This unit can reveal invisible enemy units.

Quetzal Fighter
Role: Speedy Cuotl aerial fighter. Has more firepower than a Pirata Flyer, but is more fragile.
Tactics and Abilities:

Storm Disk
Role: Aerial support unit with a powerful anti-air lightning attack. Reduced damage against ground targets.
Tactics and Abilities:

Eagle Bomber
Role: Somewhat slow aerial unit capable of attacking both land and air units. Good against buildings.
Tactics and Abilities:

Shala- Don't worry, once the point comes where I don't have to update these constantly, I think this site would have a proper unit guide, and the game will be out . I actually didn't notice they were getting stickied until two days ago :P. I don't even know who the mysterious stickier is .

Trimaster- do you mean the Eagle Bombers or Quetzal Fighters?

It's a cuotl unit, but it isn't actually trained just by them in game. You guessed it: The Moon Gorilla!

Wow the Cuotl are insanely good. Altho the Vinci r pretty good 2... The inventor dude is awesome with sonic boom *laughs evilly*

Amazing information GRUNT and scarycrow!
Also did anybody notice when u upgrade the Sentinels to Guardians the armor goes from light to Medium! I dont know the exact difference it makes, but it must be hell good.

not bad. only problem is that u got the holy ark's Channel ability wrong. it makes units come out faster in fanes, temples, mines, and sanctuary faster. it also increases the attack of a obelisk and sanctuary. its also increases the timonium out put of a mine.
