As I said I would here is a modding tutorial.
A basic modding tutorial on how to add units into the game. This should be easy to you if you've modded RON. It contains example files to demonstrate a basic "enabled" unit. (A hybrid clockwork man) Due to limited modding capability it does not have a working icon. (though it has a substituted icon)
