I found this site and manually entered some of the hotkeys:

Wish it was grid, but seems some key conflicts trying to do a pure grid layout.

Here is my attempt at RON Gridkey layout:

For the most part icons should line up with some conflicts here an there. I usually resolved conflicts and 3rd/4th row items with a shift or ctr modifier on the key.

I think everything you need to use the hotkey is in that profile file, but let me know if there are issues.
