-- As mentioned before in the HG i believe, cataphracts cannot be built until military research level 7 when end age is set to classical.
--some of the upgrades and techs, as we know, are age restricted such as military units upgrades, some are science restricted, such as university upgrades, others are combined restricted. Since setting end age to anything before info age will not allow certain age restricted teched to be researched but still allow all science restricted techs such as supercomputers, institutional research, agriculture, food industry and so on to be research even if the end age is set to enlightnment or even classical. Humans could never have achieved the same scientific level as we have today thousands of years ago. I think BHG should eliminate the availability of those techs by making them not only science level restricted but also age restricted. so there should be two pre-requisites besides the resources: the age and science level. Take supercomputers, for example, the latest university tech and theoretically one needs to research to the last science level to be able to get this tech, it is in the same column as information age in normal game. I am not saying that the pre-requisite of super computer should be info age, cos to be flexible, i think the pre-requisite of a granary, university, lumber, metal tech should be the default science level + the age right before the age that goes in the same column as the science level, so we can expect to research super computer in modern age + the last scientific level.
--In games other than normal game when end age is before info age, say enligntenment age, I think it's better to spread out those techs such as university techs so the last tech we can research is scentific method and its pre-requisite should be the last science level or the second last.
--I've noticed the wrong descrition of the science level when I was playing a game ending in enlightnment, and the scientific level 6 says new building is refinery and all maps are explored when I put my mouse pointer on that. But in fact, how can we build refinery in a game ending in enligtnment? Well, though it's only a descrption not a bug, the descrption, to be surprise, doesn't say the available granary, lumber or university techs associated with that scientific level, but we can in fact research those. Those are the techs expected to be researched later than enlightnment age in normal game setting. The earlier science level descprtions are correct because they listed all the techs associated with each science level. I don't want supercomputers tech in enlightnment age, but we can currently research it unless BHG releases a patch to eliminate this. But the description, to my favor, doesn't list this tech in science level 7 in an enlighnment age end game.
--I also experienced frequent color changes in game menu graphics after I pressed Alt+Tab to go back to windows and come back in again into the game. (I don't really know how to describe this graphical issue, it's doesn't affect gameplay, this is just a tiny graphics issue.)
