How are you gonna exile him if he isn't part of your community. You have already stopped him from joining RoNH what more could you do? It seems like he is already exiled.

RONH BILL 1

A proposal regarding the means and location of official RoNH punishments

Article I.
The location of official punishments will be the town scaffold.

Article II.
Standard punishments as deemed necessary by town leadership will include: shaming, flogging, placement in stocks, hanging, drinking of cyanide, Predator Llama, branding, and the declaration of punishments unable to be held on the scaffold.

Other punishments may be added as determined necessary by town leadership.

Don't forget to add a guillotine, Zargax. Dio's head would be more of use on a stake than it is now!

RoNH-MET-2a

A proposal regarding the leadership of RoNH.

Article I.
This bill will create two ministries charged with running aspects of RoNH. Each will be given authority to effectively deal with its respective issue, as long as it does not act in violation of the Staff of Truth or the Congress. One ministry will be known as the Ministry of Punishment and Law. The Other will be known as the Ministry of Devotion to Truth. Each ministry will be run by a single minister, who will be appointed by the Congress. Appointments are lifetime, but may be ended if Congress deems it necessary by a majority vote.

Article II. The Ministry of Punishment and Law will be in charge of administering punishments and determining the laws. Any judicial problems fall under the authority of this ministry.

Article III. The Ministry of Worship and Truth makes official decisions regarding the interpretation of scripture, the interpretation of other religious sources, all issues regarding the nature of the Staff of Truth, and all other issues dealing primarily with the divine or religious.

I propose to be accepted as part of RoNH.

I approve of Senator Meteora's and Senator Zargax's bills. I do not, however, approve of the rider that Senator Billybob proposed, as Senator Zargax's bill is good enough on its own.

I approve of Senator Mete's amendment. The other punishments were really there to fill up space.

I would like to propose an amendment to Bill 2. That being a Ministry of Diplomacy and Commerce, dealing primarily with inter-Heaven relations and trade regulations thereof. This ministry would work in conjunction with the Ministry of Worship and Truth to extend RoNH's religious messages and scriptures to other Heavens as deemed necessary.

This is enough for a majority, but we will allow time for other members to propose changes, voice dissents, and allow those who have already voted to change their minds in the light of new ammendments.

May I be come a Senator, and be in the Punishment and law department, Senator Mete or Senator Parrotman?

Two consuls are elected every month to have power on decisions that Senators cannot decide on. The Senators may impeach the Consuls.
