I usually reinstall RTW, but this time it asks me to verify mss32.dll and i don't know what to do. anyone know what to do?

I concur with Ian. It sounds like a data integrity error. There are a number of "CD scratch fixer" utilities out there. I don't know if they work or not, but that could be your only option aside from getting a replacement CD.
However, before making any hasty decisions, try cleaning the CD first. Use a small bit of alcohol on a lint-free towel, or a CD cleaning kit.

Yeah this thread is a month old, but another member is having the same problem. Phalanx, did you manage to fix this? Post and say whatever you did, tried, etc. even if it did not work. You might find the info in this thread of help if your are still trying to fix your problem. Thanks.
