iv been playing this game fir like 1 day now and iv tyed to play it online and he said i have to egt the ubdate to play it online so i went and got the patch 1.3. iv got the patch off www.totalwar.comso i dont think its broken. after i instaled it the game goes into the starting screen and then goes back to th desctop.now im using crack on the game couse my bro lend me the original game and i could play it with the cd couse he playes it all the time . can someone help me plsand do i have to the the crack again after i do the pattch

I cannot follow your original post.

Whatever you have done, here is what to do now...

1. Uninstall the game completely, including any hacking stuff you tried.
(you may need to edit your registry, too... use search to find out how).
2. Use the ORIGINAL game disk, install. Do NOT use cracks.
3. Update. Do NOT use cracks.
4. Play (without cracks).

You do not need to use hacks or cracks if you possess the original legit CDs.

well my bro isnt leting me use it couse hes playing it a lot
so is the crack the problem?

The crack is the problem. If you really want to play it just go and buy a copy of the game for yourself.
