You mean the general's battle speeches? Well, you cant. Though, might CA produce a 'pre-battle speech pack' in the future.

Wasn't some of the RTR crowd making a mod that would replace the speeches with Latin ones?

I'd love an option where you and your friends could speak into a microphone and record your own speaches. You wouldn't need to worry about lip syncing since that's not relevant here. As for the option to turn on subtiltes well custom speaches would just have to circumvent that.

Recording your own speeches... now that's an interesting idea, but not possible under the present system.

The general's speeches are actually constructed 'on the fly' from carefully prepared chunks (it was hard work making sure that the sections matched up, I can tell you). The circumstances of a battle are used to determine which of the 'chunks' are selected for a particular fight. The speech, as such, doesn't really exist until it is delivered.

Quite clever, on the whole.

Well, I want to say something about the speeches. The speeches in BI are very short. They're saying one thing and the soldiers are taunting + the speech is over.
