When playing as my personal favorite faction (Greeks) on H/H, I truly realized the great challenge in winning the day with my inflexible and somewhat obsolete hoplite phalanx units. My largest problems however, lie in suppressing the rival Seleucid and Macedonian factions whose phalangites and superior cavalry continue to make my hours on the computer hell for me. Despite my problems with macedonia however, I have managed to reduced this damnation to one territory and virtually eliminated it's opposing armies (with the liberal use of bribes and brute numbers). It would be excellent if anyone could suggest any Greek-friendly strategies to counter the more flexible army compositions of the Roman, Seleucid, and Eastern factions. Army composition suggestions would also be a godsend.
