Shogun 2: Total War Heaven

Do they gather all this information through Steam or something?

Now I have a feeling one of those stats is wrong, but I'll let you guys find out for yourselves. Free cookie for the first person to find it!

Oh, I know. It's the battles fought. 70,000,000 battles fought since release.... 19,821,273 campaigns started as Shimazu. That means about an average of 3.5 Battles fought on each of these campaigns as the Shimazu and nobody started another campaign or played any battles. They definately have that wrong.

So it's either the Shimazu campaigns started or the battles fought. I go with the battles.

Good thinking Liam, but I'm going with the Shimazu campaigns. CA has said that Shogun 2 has sold 600,000 copies. If indeed 19,821,273 Shimazu campaigns have been played that's an average of 33 campaigns per copy! I wonder if there's even a single person that's started that many, let alone everyone!

I guess that makes more sense, but I did not know they had only sold 600.000 copies. I thought it'd be more than that.

And remember, that's 33 campaigns started each... with the Shimazu, let alone other Clans. I think I started a Shimazu campaign just to convert to cristianity to get a couple of screenies of Missionaries for an article, since they can convert straight away.

But if you hadn't pointed out a mistake, I wouldn't have thought otherwise.
