When I run the game, It crashes me out to the desktop right after loading. If I turn off DirectDraw, then I get a LOW_LEVEL_ENGINE.DLL error. If I turn down acceleration in the settings below 2 levels, then when I start the game, I get thrown into a black screen for which there is no escape except rebooting. If you know what is going on, please try to help. It should work with an 8 or 12 MB card even if it isn't directly supported. I've played other games where my video card wasn't directly supported and it still works, why should EE be any different.

The Voodoo2 doesn't have enough 2D support for EE. Sorry man.

Yeah but what about Intel I740. Why can't I use that? It is the primary video display driver so shouldn't EE check that one first?

Disable the Vodoo 2 using a program like "powerstrip".
Or uninstalling the Vodoo 2 card.
the I740 should work i think.

The I740 isn't stated to be supported by EE, so you'll be lucky if it works.

usally u can just put .alt vid on the end of the target line to use the other graphics card!

Ok this is what my target line says.....

"D:\Sierra\Empire Earth\Empire Earth.exe"

so how would that be typed exactely.
