Just recently i have had the problem when i try to look for other stronghold games it just keeps searching for ages with the little head looking and it never stops.I do have zone alarm pro and i have allowed it but it still keeps looking i have had servaral problems getting programs to run online with it.Does anyone have a solution to this?

I'd exit zone alarm, and make sure your router isn't on some high security measure. Stronghold is VERY picky about ... well, stronghold like computers

Is there any other way except for shutting it down its suprising how many hackers there are.

I'm in IT security, believe me, I know...

It's the one major flaw with stronghold. It's not very firewall/router/switch friendly.
