place your enemies in this order, Rat orange, Snake Yellow, Pig blue, Wolf black, Sultan pink, Caliph light blue and Saladin green, and yourself on the red spot.
start with 2000 gold an 8000 for the AI + Crusade
or 3000/40000
to make it even more harder (impossible?) replace the Rat with Richard, Pig with Emir, Snake with Wazir and Sultan with Nizar.
i tested the map and optimized it for the castlesizes, of the first mentioned openents

It's not bad for your first submission :)
I would have some suggestions:
- Try placing a more varied terrain in the mountains. You had a good distribution of the grass however.
- Use a smaller brush tool for details. It will give a smoother view.
- Inspire yourself from other good user-created maps.
