It is a moderate quest for ale, in that you don't need to make that much. Although the island is described as not very rich in resources, its not difficult to stake a claim and get a standard settlement going. Some bandits and wolves attack, but they are easily repelled. A short game, with little innovation, and not really a challenge.

Found the mission an entertaining one.
One is spoilt for the PYOK choice here, invited to consider the resources of the country and imagine the course of the economy.
The landscape is really nice and varied.: green valleys and beige-coloured hills, deep blue fjords cutting sharp curves into the land.
Though the ale target is easy to accomplish, a growing city needs a comprehensive infrastructure for itself.
There occur bad events that add to the entertainment of the scenario. The only flaw: only one signpost. The challenges are not too strong, one can immediately play on very hard.
