In order for us, as a community, to make better mods, or gameplay, I'm asking anyone with any more time(than me) to help me try to decipher some of the other numbers. Some of these other numbers may not be used in SWGB, as they are leftover from AOE 2. Though they might work, if you would like to help, select a number not in this list, using genied try to figure out if it is a functioning number.

I have gone thru the civ_*_header.txt file, under unknown 04:, there is a list of 190+ numbers that control many things for each civ, these are what I have been able to figure out. Thanks in advance!!!!

In most cases 0 mean the effect is off, 1 turns it on.
4 - Population Headroom
5 - Turning range for Jedi/Sith
6 - Beginning Tech-age
10 - Shield Drop off (normal=0)
12- Starting Population
18 - Power core range

24 - Shield Range

27 - Masters can turn other Jedi/Sith (0=off, 1=on)
31 - Enables anti-air attack for GE assault mech (0=off, 1=on)
32 - Bonus population (0=normal, 1000=1000 pop.)
35 - Force power healing recharge (1.6=normal, 3=increased)
36 - Food on farm
38 - Bombers and Fighters shielding (0=off, 1=on)
46 - Fee for tributes (.3 is normal= 30%)
50 - Reveal Ally (0=off, 1=on)
56 - Masters are Stealthy (0=off, 1=on)
58 - Masters, and Jedi SF can detect (0=off,1=on)
77 - Units Harder to turn (0=normal, 3=harder)
78 - Trade fee (.3 is normal= 30%)
85 - All research rate (0=normal, 0.9=increased)
87 - Jedi Can turn most heavy mechs & buildings (o=off, 1=on)
88 - Starting food on an Aquaharvester (700=normal)
89 - Medic healing rate (0=normal, 2=increased)
90 - Current Tech-age
178 - Units Harder to turn (0=normal, 3=harder)
179 - Units Harder to turn (0=normal, 3=harder)
183 - Reveal enemy (0=off, 1=on)
191 - Rate at which Temple produces nova (higher the number the quicker)
192 - Your units die when turned (0=off, 1=on)
193 - Jedi SF Stealthy (0=off, 1=on)

You've figured out a lot of them! I wonder if the trample effect from AOK can be transferred to this game...

You've figured out 33 of them, and weren't there a few in the unknowns guide that you missed?

I haven't played AOK yet, but I may get it to figure out what can be crossed over into SWGB.

I've been checking out Mandalorians posts over at AOK heaven to see how much he's figured out in AOK so far!

EDIT: What is the trample effect?

EDIT AGAIN: I got the 6 that were in the Unknowns guide already,

NOTE that the numbers I wrote down are from the techage files, the first number in the unknown guide is 0, the second is 1, and so on.

You forgot amount of food on an aquaharvester, isn't that in the unknowns guide?

The trample effect is supposed to (I've never gotten it to work) trample stuff. Like when you walk over a farm, it would be trampled, and damaged automatically. I've never gotten it to work though, but I'm pretty sure that's what happens. Only one unit could use that, though.

I wonder if you make a melee trooper with "flight ability" with 0 range, -1 projectile would work? That way he could walk over anything, and have an attack.

Oh, I didn't see that. These units were like mounted troopers (but more medieval) and what automatically damage stuff they walked over, in addition to their regular attack.

Edit: You said your first mod gave Jar Jar a gruesome death sequence, did you ever release that?

No, it was my first attempt at modding. When he would die his head, and right arm, would fly off squirting blood from the stumps, and after he fell a pool of blood would gush around him.

Snazy indeed Sidious Invader.

By the way:
The trample damge is just a blast radious on a melee unit. You can set it even just with GeniEd 2.
