These are the comdlg.ocx and richtx.ocx files required to operate the mod utilities, if you don't have them already.

These files will indeed make DRS Viewer etc work.

Additional Comments:
I needed to place them into C:\Windows\SysWOW64 instead of C:\Windows\System32 because I have a 64-bit Windows 7.

If this still does not work, try the "regsvr32" command from an administrator Command Prompt:

Click "Start" -> Click "All Programs" -> Click "Accessories" -> Right-Click "Command Prompt" -> then click "Run as administrator"

Type the command: "REGSVR32 C:\Windows\..."

"regsvr32" both "comdlg32.ocx" and "richtx32.ocx" files
You may need to place and register both files in either "System32" or "SysWOW64" folders
