Spamming in this thread, by making one word posts. After I told him the next person that makes a one word post would have official action taken (Post 429), he types 'lo l' (Post 441)

Forum counterproductivity in the scenario design forums. Happened in this thread, among others. Making comments such as this.

Mexy's account is not a smurf account of Cirrow. Cirrow got hold of Mexy's password and used his account to spam and flame - evading his previous ban. Mexy has been asked to change both his email password and his account password.

Unacceptable comments designed to troll, insult and provoke.
