1. Open 'Emperor.exe' with Hex Edit.
2. Find 3D A0 0F 00 00. There will be 3 result.
3. Change the first and second result.
4. Change A0 0F to 40 1F. It will change the capacity from 4000 to 8000.
5. Do not change the number over 10000. It can make the error during the game.
