The zip file in this download is named 'Hao_BLD_OP.zip' and contains a map file named 'Hao_BLD_OP.map'. This is a modified version of the Hao map from the "Bandit Lord's Destiny" custom campaign. It is 'enormous' in size, and has a temperate climate. It is easier to play than the version in the campaign, because it has been modified to provide more resources.

The original concept of this map was to simulate a destroyed city which had been 'sacked and razed'. Rebuilding amid the extensive ruins might be interesting to some players in Open Play.

After downloading the zip file, unzip the map into the folder: \SIERRA\EmperorRotMK\Cities. That will make it available for selection in Open play, or for viewing in the editor.

A list of the modifications that are included on this map are as follows:

1. A Stone quarry was added in the northeast corner of the map.

2. Salt marshes were added on the southeast edge of the map.

3. Four prey-points were added to locations on the map.

4. Iron ore deposits were added on the northwest edge of the map.
