I thought I'd share this. Was having problems after I reinstalled the game hosting LAN games. I think I ran into this before but it's been so long I forgot. At any rate, I had to install the MSXML 4.0 sp3 package. It was probably supposed to install with the game but didn't. At any rate, I found it on microsoft's site at

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=7f6c0cb4-7a5e-4790-a7cf-9e139e6819c0&displaylang=en

and the game seems to work fine now
