This file adds 42 new cards to the Homecity, all which can be unlocked after level 10.

To install place homecitySPCAct3 into:

Steam Apps - common - Age of Empires III - bin - Campaign - Blood Ice Steel

And paste over the old file. This will give you the new cards.

Backup file included. To copy backup in simply take the file from Old Campaign Homecity, named homecitySPCAct3 and copy and paste it into Campaign - Blood Ice Steel.

Requires War Chiefs and Asian Dynasties to play with it.

Three hours of work over one day!

I have added Bandeirantes Card to help with the lack of a starting Explorer. Available in Discovery Age.
