Does any civ get both Agents and Assassins card?
Ottomans don't get Agents, but they get Assasins:
Age 3 Level 40
Spies become Assassins, which do more damage to normal units and vastly more damage to War Chiefs, Explorers, and mercenaries.
xpSpy Damage +100%
all damage actions +5X vs Mercenary
all damage actions +5X vs Hero
all damage actions +5X vs MercType1
But at only 150HP it might not be worth it.
Also, I'm pretty sure that a whole bunch of units get a damage bonus against Spies. After all they're classified as "Infantry" and "HandInfantry".
Even with the arsenal upgrade for hand infantry, that's 165HP. But they do 20 damage now, and 15x against Mercs, 25x against Explorers. Holy mother of Kerensky! I just realised that's 300 damage a hit to Mercs!Oh dear god ...
Yep, now I understand why you can't combine Agents with Assassins.
