I've seen a much more detailed movie like that made in HL2. It involved explosive barrel cannons, etc.

I've made my own cannon in Garry's Mod, actually. It worked surprisingly well.

Anyway I guess Ao3 could do that with a few modifications it uses basically the same physics engine.

Yes, especially with Garry's Mod (a sandbox level). Using the physics system and every item in the game, you could create almost anything. It's great.

The water effects in RL aren't nearly as good as those in Half-Life 2.

The Honda advert was done in reality. No computer grahics or anything. Imagine how long that would have taken to set up exactly right?

The HL one is pretty cool too.

Actually, an edit was used to link two parts together. The ad was originally on a few years ago on channel 10 and 7, in Australia anyway.
