December 2, 2007.

I wanted to enter the Blacksmith to update a utility when a message told me "Technical error". What's the meaning of this? All the Blacksmith's content was deleted? Can someone explain me if this is normal? I don't understand nothing, this is the first time I see this message on this website. Sry if I posted crap, but i am concerned! Then u can delete this topic later if u want.

I too am having a problem with the blacksmith... I've uploaded an utility on the 12th of november, and it still hasn't showed up...

BTW, this belongs to "Website comments and announcements" or "Troubleshooting" (main forum).

OtmSHankIil you French? Just curious.

It could be that the utility has been removed or there are too much people downloading it? And yeah, the mods will take notice faster if it's on Website Comments & Announcements since I think all the mods see the messages there whereas not all of them frequent TC.

No need to request for deletion. Ask for a mod to relocate this to another forum.

Use email next time.

Cesar Bernardi you complained in the SD forum that this thread was “left unnoticed and unanswered by AOKH crew.”

I sent an email 4 minutes after this thread opened, at 2:56 to Zen and the blacksmith was on line shortly after.

Blacksmith staff has other jobs than to check the Town’s Crier for blacksmith issues. Email would be the correct approach.
