Its been a while since I downloaded .cpx and I can't remember how to load it on my program.

Do you use the CD version or the HD Edition?

If you are playing on game versions 1.0 or 1.0c, then move the .cpx file to the campaign folder in your game installation (usually "Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II"). If you are using the Userpatch (which I would highly recommend), then the cpx file is to be placed in the scenario folder, found in your game folder as well.
