I agree strongly with #1, only if you make sure to tack on the "for the poor and middle class" part. That's what I find stupid about Crane's commercials against Melissa Bean. They say she wants higher taxes, but that's for the rich. They conviently forget to mention that.

Maybe Icy Sting. zak, you can be secretary of state, or go run by yourself.

Back in 8^th grade, my 7th hour social studies class split into five parties and tried to get elected as president. It was to learn about the primary/caucus system in America. Our party made it through each primary and went on to win. The voters were individual 8th grade classes for the primaries and a 7th grade class for the final election. Our "nerd" party managed to beat out the popular boys (jocks), the popular girls, the punks, and a mixed party to become the winner. And it was mainly due to me, the unassuming speech writer that wrote the speeches that basically decided the whole race. So, with that kind of experience, vote for my party!

If thats not what you want, vote for me. Or you could vote for me cause you like me. I really don't care. I just think this place would be better off with a practical poli sci major and future politician in charge than a pack of twittering idiots who want to declare imaginary wars on other forums that they won't even carry out anyway out of fear of being banned (breaking campaign promises already, the sign of an amateur).

Note for those lacking wisdom, I realize you don't twitter. So shut the hell up about it.

I won't be campaigning, so if someone wants to run that side of things that'd be great. Volunteers?

Also slash the # of candidates plz, if every third person here is running it really defeats the point. Narrow it down to two or three so the winner doesn't end up with 3 votes, then everyone else has 1 or 2, et al
