that the top2(h4xr0x) and top5(StopTehCheating) person have about 10 second games..either more than 40 ppl suddenly "i have to go now" or sumthing strange is going

a lot of ppl have friends who just resign to them to boost their rating.

i'm pretty sure stoptehcheating, pigmy123, and h4x0rx are the same person, he used to be eat_what_i_poo and drink_what_i_pee. he must have gotten another cd key

... and is probably using the resign hack that wins him the game even against people that are not his friends. No problem for him, since ES does not care...

chuck hes been banned a lot of times because i seen eat_what_i_poo rating reset like 7 times when he used that file because when they get banned there rating's reset the cd key gets banned but file doesnt get deleted from being used

i dont know what does that guy finds funny in cheating in a game that he never trully plays (resign hack at 5 secs is not very funny...) just to see his stupids nicknames on a ladder, he must get a life asap 11

How do you convince people that cheating is not the way to go? I have a friend who is on cheats as if on drugs; he can't stop cheating. (luckily he's using the cheats which you type, not hacks or stuff) He thinks that cheating is the most fun way of playing AoM. He does not understand why it is fun to beat hard computer players without cheats after being defeated by them a few times. He does not get the value of achieving something after hard work!

Cheating against the AI isn't all that bad..
Not that I do it, but I can imagine it can be fun, to see a flying scotsman, or whatever it is that the cheats give..
Plus, it is known that the AI cheats major time.

Cheating against human players is just plain lame..

What? Unless you mean titan mode (in which they just start with more resources), the AI doesn't cheat.

No in Titan mode they have 500% handicap (i believe) That means build train gather 500% faster.

But somtimes I think the comp has a mh.

^ No, on the score section it says the computer player's
name and in brackets, +100%. So I believe the titan computer player has a 2 times bonus. I don't know what is affected by this though. Even so, a 200% bonus is not cheating. Type "TITANOMACHY" and copy&paste and you'll still win.
