I am currently working on a single player RPG scenario (my first real scenario), called Terra Incognito (The Great Unknown Land). I hope to release it by mid-june.
It is a 400x400 map which I made from scratch. You start out in your home-village, and made your way to the metropilis of Nilfest. Once there you take missions from some characters, and go complete them. The missions are either a kill mission (kill bandits etc.), a relic mission (collect a relic and return it to temple) or a explore mission (go to a location and tell your employed what is there).
To stop the explore mission being too easy, I'm making it that your character suffers amnesia attacks every 10 minutes, meaning the map is wiped.
This scenario contains a load of eyecandy, a day/night cycle. a swamp, a river, some mountains, a large sea, 3 towns, 1 village, 1 large city (Nilfest), numerous bandit camps, some caves, a tower of the gods, some relics and best of all (in my opinion) three climatic zones (greek, desert and northlands).
Current Progress
Map Design: 85%. Still have to add in the odd bandit camp here and there, plus some random monsters and work a bit more on the island (final end cinematic, no extra spoilers)
Triggers: 30%. I still have a lot to go including missions, talk, shops, etc.
Cinematic: 5%. Barely started. I only have the 10 sec intro scene and the 5 second gate scene.
Humourness: 95%. Just need to add the odd funny line and it's done!
Total:53.75%
