It seems that people were reading my old guide and were not understanding it properly. Anyway, here is a very detailed guide on how to do it which even the simplest of people should be able to understand. This method requires the next editor since you need to be able to load saved games in the editor.
(On one of the screenshots I have accidently put left instead of right by accident and another I have put now instead of no. Appologies for that!)
I hope this helps alot for you people to easily make extreme elevation!
