HG now has it's own Teamspeak sever, where players can communicate with microphones while playing online. It's very helpful, so you don't have to waste time typing to your allies.

How to log on:
1. Download Teamspeak
2. Set up your mic/headset
3. Open up Teamspeak
4. Go to 'Quick Connect' under the connections menu
5. In the 'Connect to' field, type in teamspeak.heavengames.com
6. Join a lobby by doubleclicking

Notes: You don't have to have a mic to join the sever. You can get on to just listen, if you want, or mute your mic. Any questions/concerns can be directed to the staff.

Yes, you run it at the same time so you can talk to the other players.

If you know in advance that you're going to be in a 2v2 game, for example, then each team can go into its own room so the other team can't hear your plans.

Its works though no one was online it still works i will try it through the game it will be good i had a friend that told me about this so it was already downloaded

I dont know whether you knew you could do this but i worked out how to type text on the teamspeak thing on different channels, im on right now.

I think what would be cool, is if your on the pc, be on teamspeak even if your only set to away. Thats what I do, otherwise you have the problem that everyone just disconnects because they think no one is on

i think the teamspeak is working but my microphone is really outdated- i think its from a macintosh comp. i dont think my comp is recognizing the mic, but i will be getting a new mic soon...i think.

im sorry but i dont have MSN messenger but i have Aol instant messenger. my screenname is jsjones768

I've downloaded TS but i'm unfamiliar with it. Is there a guide/few instructions in which i can learn the basics?
