Located in the centre of the castle of Ehb, you see pleasant looking three story building. As you walk up to it, you see a sign above the door way saying 'The Inndom of Ehb'. You step inside and look around. There are many elves, dwarves and men sitting around the bar, drinking, eating and talking. In the corner, a large warm fire blazes. Upstairs there are many rooms with comftable bed where a weary traveller can rest. Here you can chat about whatever you please or have a meal or just spend time with friends.

Idk what's going on...

Do you believe in destiny? That even the powers of time can be altered for a single purpose? That the luckiest man who walks upon this earth is the one who finds... true love?

This is basically a thread to talk about anything really. Many other heavens have similar ones, this just has a theme of the an Inn. Yeah.

Sure. Just make sure they don't burn anything.

And I personally think it was a moment of extreme wittiness when I thought up the name for this place. Don't you agree?

I believe Eothain is meaning the similarities of "inndom" - "kingdom", in pronunciation.

Yes, it's hilarious isn't it!

So, anyone starting school soon (or already back maybe)?

Well, after a week, I've finished the singleplayer game (finished every single quest, too), which means maybe I can finally give some of the people in the Plain of Tears a hand.

I haven't got it yet, but considering that IGN named it game of the month, I may get it for Christmas.

I do however miss the Utearan Peninsula, a big free mass of land where you can do whatever you want... Playing the single-player game online would be a bit naff. I never played the Kingdom of Ehb online (well, maybe once).

Of course, the single-player world may be less linear and thus more suitable for multiplayer.

I would say it's about as linear as UP. Of course, you go back to older areas so many times to finish sidequests, it makes it seem much longer.

Nice. Talking of nice things, anyone seen the AoE3 demo?

Not only have I seen it, I've played it too Eo!

I have to admit, I'm not impressed - It's too similar to AoK but with a few added Gimmicks, that in my opinion aren't that great. Also, the whole "treasure" and "villies gather on the spot" thing make this far too automated for my liking ... *Shrugs*

I like the game. The battles are cool and the sound effects are nice. Playing hold the fort on hard was quite fun, even though not very hard. The machine gun type fire, the bayonneting the smokes and trails! Great stuff!

But really, the villies are dumber than in AoE. If they're gathering wood, and the next tree is even a little bit too far, they'll just stand there.

DS and AoE are the two series of games I follow above others. Both Heavengames. Coincidence? No.

I prefer AoM over AoE or AoK.

Honestly, I like both games for different reasons.

AoK's got a lot more interesting gameplay, a much more mature player base, and a lot cooler looking units.

AoM's got cool little gizmos like god powers, myth units, and functions like repeating the training queue.

Depends how I'm feeling on which one I play.
