Midwinter approaches, and with it the annual gathering around the King's Hall to be regaled by bards and minstrels from afar. Among the many activities the king holds at this time of year is the annual dispensing of honors and titles.

Are the Napolean and Empire awards to be held together? And, if so, in which forum?
