Leaves fell, gold and autumn-laden, along the road that passed through
the university. Farther up along that road miles and miles ahead was the
place of Harlem, which was struggling to sleep peacefully on such a cold night.

It was dark out, but because the windows were boarded up, the dimly lit
place must've meant the light bulbs were still working. No one was in the
bar save five and that was all it took to get things going, but it's anyone's
guess how the deal went down.

Taking a sip of his scotch, Herr Elessar saw two figures dance in the corner of his
eye... dancing? That can't be right.

The hook shot caught him before he could react. He slipped off the stool and his
face slid into a warm puddle of water. He wasn't conscious long enough to realize
that it was his growing pool of blood that he was lying in.

Thymole's foot smeared the blood further as he caught a thick one right in the
nose. He attempted to land one right back on the dark figure in front of him, but
his juice had already run out by that time, and he was forced to take another one
that curved around to sting his left jaw. Something became loose in his face, and he
grabbed at the pain, but this attack was too strong. Blow after blow came until he
joined Herr Elessar and Themagiceye on the floor. Only two made it out alive, and
they didn't stick around to watch the victims bleed to death.

Ok, eventful night! 3 kills.. actually in a rot mafia i aint surprised but I could be wrong. Comments?

Bad night for town. Our doc is gone so cop keep quiet. But then the mafia hitman is gone so that is helpful for us.

I think the 3 kills were:

Of course this is simple thinking in 2 minutes.

I made it. I am indeed awesome. Got an A for it too, the professor always checks my papers first so as to set the bar for who gets an A.

What does it mean in the first game thread where it says:

It is frustrating to see that i waited all this time to play a game and get killed night 1. damn it man,.

Wait for 5 days to 10 active players to sign up, then wait for 5 days to be emailed roles,then wait 5 days for all to confirm roles, then wait 10 days for mod to start the game as he waiting for other mafias to start, wait for 2 days for everyone to send in votes, dead on night 1.

Quite an eventful game for me at least , with all that waiting.

Edit : Just got an email explaining the replacement clause. Yes, I would like to be replaced, please.

When the player chooses a target, he either protects them [doctor] or investigates them [cop]. He has a 50% chance of doing each one.

This game was based off of Rot's terminology since he created it, and based upon his terminology a Hitman kill is, in fact, not passed down like a Godfather kill. If you have any other questions about particular roles, you'll probably find the answer in the mafia terminology thread.

And I'm assuming that lots of people are mentally unstable and might be part killers, so they only decide who to target, not whether they are killing them or not. It might be a blindfiring vig who doesn't know he's a vig. Doubly blind, if you will.

People who don't post as much as I'd like them to. It goes without saying that in signing up for a mafia, even if you have nothing to add, you should still post and take part in discussion. It's just common courtesy, but sadly a lot still don't do it.

Dont be surprised Major, it is a Rot mafia after all. He is known for not being simple so it wouldnt surprise me if everyone or most people are mentally unstable or don't know their roles.

I'm with herr and xeno, in that it makes sense for all of the roles to be fairly obscure and weird so it is kinda believable.
