@Rot, I have everything but the emails ready because I'm a lazy git. The set-up's pretty nifty if you ask me.

We're gonna have a day start, but Day starts on the fifteenth. In the meantime, look over this:

Instead of voting publicly, there's a secret ballot. In the case of a tie, lucky number thirteen (NOT NECESSARILY THE THIRTEENTH PLAYER) will privately decide who to execute (ergo, "... And Executioner")

I got the idea from Josh and I was also kind of inspired by Fallout: New Vegas but this has been tweaked quite a bit. The setting is in the desert of Nevada, year 2015. A superflu has killed off nearly everyone and you are one of a few small groups of survivors immune to the plague (The Stand inspired me as well). Some of you are insane with grief and some of you are actually quite suited for this tragedy. But you're all in grave danger, so you better make friends.

Discussion is key. You may announce who you voted for, but you may also lie. You may not un-vote, so cast your votes wisely. I recommend that the Townies (not quite, but close) look very close at who's being a politician, because you can't look at the votes. Mafia (or closest thing to it) should try their best at subtlety.
