One character was particularly menacing, stalking the victim silently until they reached a small clearing in the woods.

"Hey! Is that hat yours? Why don't I have a hat like that?" the assailant hissed.

"The hat belongs to you silly, and pancakes do fly." Heir responded absently, staring at his soon to be killer from under his oversized cap, a silly smile still streched across his face.

"W-what? You make no sense! Shut up and give me that hat!"

The shadow produced a knife and lunged towards Heir, connecting with his heart.

"Alligators fly sideways." were his last words, before he keeled over in a pool of his own blood.



Mr. Nonsense (Heir Of Elessar), a Pathological Liar, has been killed.

Elsewhere, Shanks13 was taking a late stroll, when he noticed two figures in the distance. The first was clearly pursuing the second, who was apparently still unaware of the danger that loomed behind him.

Shanks looked on, as the second figure produced a gun and took aim at the first's head.

"Nooooooooooooooooo!" Shanks screamed, running towards the action. The second figure faltered slightly at the shout, before instead taking aim at Shanks.

"Oh shi-"

The first figure finally realized what was happening; desperately, he made a run for it. The killer pointed his gun a second time and fired-

No ammo. The killer cursed as the first Mr. Man dissapeared into the darkness. Looking down at Shanks, he noticed his victim was still breathing and swiftly cracked his neck before flowing into the shadows.



Mr. Topsy-Turvy (Shanks13), an Overeager Bus Driver, has been killed.

The morning broke, bringing with it a sense of remorse as the bodies of Shanks and Heir were buried in respect.

This sentence rings all sorts of alarm bells for me. Why on earth would you need to keep that in mind when you're rcing? Unless perhaps you have to make up a role. And I already knew this, from my own role. I know the argument can be made that this is a way to analyze the RCs of others, but the wording doesn't suggest that.

I think he meant in regards to analyzing others' RCs, though pointing it out now was absolutely useless, as I'm sure most of us could have discerned it without stating it, and without stating it, there is a better chance that scum will screw up.

I must be honest, the same thing had occurred to me, though I'm not reading much into it. However, my first thought was 'Is that a warning to his associates?' Still, a bit too early and far-fetched to jump to conclusions.

What I was saying, for anyone who hadn't cottoned onto it was that any RC should, in all probability reflect the name and therefore we should be looking askance at anyone's claim who doesn't fit that pattern.

Scum might know this, but it would still pose a problem to them to come up with a reasonable RC involving their character name without taking an ability already used (its likely they will stick to their actual character name as claiming as someone else would in itself be too risky with the chance of duplication given a small pool of names)

Actually, with a game like this; it's more likely to be a saferole since names wouldn't determine anything (I mean, if anyone believes Mr. Guilty to be scum, I'd slap them in the face; though the diabolical Xzy might be using this assumption to actually make Mr. Guilty truly guilty and force us to do the WIFOMness). I've seen Noodle done saferole before with the SK in L4D Mafia, or a DBZ game.

So far I belive mafia have safeclaims, so nameclaiming isn't a very good idea IMO...
