I am interested, Xeno, in why you tagged on the extra mafia goon at the end. In my notes I'm seeing only 4 mafia, and a townie in place of that (an iron one).

Two iron townies would've been just as bad.

I disagree, but there isn't two iron townies in the notes, anyway, just one. I don't understand why two iron townies would be bad. Can't see a single reason.

If I claim Iron Cop, and someone else claims Iron Doctor, I'd be feeling like, "we're gonna make a badass team," not, "I don't believe you because I'm iron." Though if it was Bon Jovi maybe that would happen.

No, but if two people claimed iron VTs, you would be counterclaimed because it isn't common practice for two irons to be on the same side and there's no way apart from investigations to prove both of them.

Clearly your memory is screwed up, because I would NEVER suggest a 5-man mafia in a 15-man game.

Ok guys, here is the much required information on the way days/lynches/layers shall work:

Each Lynch will cost a certain amount of Days [4 for lynch | 6 for no lynch]. Town will initially begin with 18 days [4 lynches, 2 days left or 3 no lynches]. When town runs out of days the players must then choose to go down a layer thus gaining an extra 4 days. They can do this 3 times.

However there is a catch, each time players must decide on a player to leave behind on the previous layer to dream the new layer as such. That person will be post & vote restricted but will still be able to use their actions, be targeted with actions and be lynched. There will be a period of time of which players will be able to discuss on who to leave behind, volunteer themselves, and then ultimately vote for a player to be left. Once you vote, you cannot unvote.

Overall, this shouldn't make massive amounts of change to the game. I just thought it would be nice to incorprate the layers into the game.


Btw, guys, this game take after the events of Inception. Consider it the unofficial sequel where the original Inception failed. This means there may or may not be different characters in it

Even if Ash did suggest it Razor, surely you should have had more sense? The ultimate blame lies with the mod, people looking over the setup notwithstanding. I was just wondering how Ash would have let such a horrendous setup pass through without a comment, but whether he did it or not, it's still your fault for having it in the first place.

From a flavor perspective, who provides the kick to withdraw out of the dream if a player in the previous dream level is lynched?

The simple answer is that there isn't a noble in this game (at least I don't recall there being one).

Commented back. Some of the roles wouldn't be that fun, think from the point of view of each individual player. Would each and every role be fun to play? It's important to think of that kind of stuff when making a setup.
