Hey RyBoberts!

To rotate the camera, make sure you have it enabled via Player Options, then use your mouse wheel or press ctrl+right or left.

To rotate a unit, hover over it, hold down ctrl and scroll your mouse wheel, or select it, click Objects then Position Object, and press ctrl+right or left.

Hope this helps--if not, just let me know.

By the way: you'll want to ask future questions relating to scenario design here.

To play a cinematic/camera track in game you'll need to create a few triggers with the following effects-
Camera Mode - set to on
Camera Track - with your track selected
Play Dialogue - for any talking/narration
Camera Mode - set to off

Yeebaagooon has written a good guide to cinematics here that covers this in more detail.

You can use just the Camera Track effect but you don't get the cinematic letterbox effect (black bars top and bottom).

Edit: If you want to play the game in an almost first person mode you'll need to use the Camera Cut to Object effect (which if in a looped trigger can follow a unit) and adjust the camera angle a bit. Camera Cut to Object can be found in nottud's trigger pack. A recent use of this trigger effect can be seen in Jondoom's Brave Sword

Oh well, I'd recommend you to read a couple of guides, this will give you a good overview over the whole matter. There are plenty of guides on this website, check out the "Design Ressources and Welcome Thread" for example. (stickied)
