Day 1
The first order of business was the watchtower within a few hours walk. It was guarded by a catapult and some archers and made for a risky attack, but I managed it without casualties. From this better vantage point I could at least decide on a basic strategy.
The mine to the south was lightly guarded.

p.s. Thanks a lot for taking the time Swolte!

Day 3
Got a leprechaun's pot o'gold, but now I am in dire need of healing. Won't be able to do much until that's solved.

Day 4
There is certainly a lot of interest in monasteries these days. A day of silent introspection.

Day 5
I am now ready to take on the guardians at that hiring hut. I hope the beasts within are the equals of the guardians outside.

Day 6
Hmmmph, a tough day for the scouts. Concealed bandits are a nuisance.

Day 7
Things are going too slow, only a furnace gained today. At least I can now look forward to attacking with my army close to full strength.

Day 8
Got me a nice shiny, pointy thing. It's not much, but it helps.

Day 10
I carelessly allowed a scout to desert. But the good news is that my hero promptly killed him and gained a level.

Day 11
So far I have been covering a lot of ground and not getting much rewards for my effort. I still am rated average which is a consolation for now.

Day 12
I chose to delay a big battle by one day in order to avoid unnecessary casualties.

Day 13
The assault on the cemetery went off without a hitch. There was a nice weapon within, almost just as good as the one my hero already has. Oh well, it will look good on my wall.

Skulkan, Day 15
My assault on a haunted crypt started off catastrophically. I was looking at losing my whole army, with archers popping up out of the ground and some vulnerable and gravely wounded units. But then, my heavy cavalry, despite being wounded and cursed, killed three units in one turn. The tide had turned with a stroke of great fortune.

Skulkan, Day 17
Grar survived another scare today. He was one unlucky hit away from death, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. (Once you have visited the healer...)

Skulkan, Day 18
While Grar rests and heals, it was a day for lesser characters to shine a little. The littlest one carried the day.

Ahr! Ahr! We don't need no lessons from stinkin' dwarves. Even kobolds can show sissy dwarves how to fight.
