    Droideka was also sadly attacked,
    But was fine save one small scar on his back.
    Let us hope that our players won't be dumb,

    GoSailing (Tybalt, a town vigilante) has been killed. Someone tried to kill Droideka, but failed. It is now Day 1. With 14 alive, it takes 8 to lynch. I am also having a hard time rhyming, in case you hadn't noticed.

    Okay, so if I remember right, Tybalt was a member of Juliet's family. Luckily, Sails' death gives us a good deal of information. That means that at least the Capulets are Town. We can speculate that much anyway. This could possibly mean the Montagues are the mafia, or are also Town. If both families are Town, I wonder who the mafia would be.

    Tybalt was also an enemy of Romeo in the play, so that could possibly means Romeo is not Town, since Tybalt was, just to throw us off. Hell, the Friar guy, Romeo, and Juliet, could be the mafia. You never know.

    I'm not sure. I thought Droid would be less suspicious because he survived a night kill attempt and therefore can't be a member of one anti-town faction, but maybe Ashrzr has some information on him.

    Well there were two kills last night, and assuming that they are the only two killers (dumb logic, I know) and you were the target of one of those killers, then you can't be the one which targeted you, hence...half of something?

    Yes, Xaph's logic is quite reasonable. Though I am not sure why we should wait for investigation, when we can just make him claim now? If he's Iron, that's even better, and if he's not (and is an important asset to the town) then I am sure the doctor would know to continue protecting Droid.

    My problem with survivors is that they don't win with the town - they're just as likely to help scum on purpose as they are town, given the opportunity, and helping scum is often much more fun.

    That being the case,

    If we find someone distinctly scummy I'm quite happy to change my vote, but a survivor is a wild card so I think if it looks like the day is headed towards a no lynch we should axe Droid instead.

    Not necessarily, as the Town outnumbers the mafia by a good margin, so it logically makes sense to side with the Town at least at the start. So if numbers start dwindling down we can lynch him, but personally I don't think it would hurt all that much to keep him around, at least for right now.

    Not sure we ought to be lynching someone right now when we're not even sure which side are the mafia and which are not. I remember there being some speculation at the beginning on the game which said that Romeo's side could even be scum, so we ought to be a little careful presently.

    I've just read a little bit about Mercutio...it says in the play he's Romeo's best friend, which doesn't really fly with your claim...based on that, Vote: Droideka.
    Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I guess the best course of action is to lynch him. If he's scum trying to play off as a survivor, congratulations, pat on the back, but if he really is a survivor it's not a great loss.
