Maybe you can use <centre> instead of [centre]? Not directly related to tables, but maybe nesting HTML inside BBCode is what's causing the problem.

Hmm, odd thing about the table. Try swapping a name or two around, see if that works. Unlikely but it's worth a try.

EDIT: Odd, seems to have the same problem when you put a long name in, but only on the third row.
