I found a scenario have a effect,that's "Load Scenario ",but I can't find this effect in combo list.where can I have it？

You could probably get it with the trigger sets in the miscellaneous downloads section, but I recommend downloading and installing Reyk's new editor. It's basically a much better version of the scenario editor, and has some extra triggers like "load scenario."
Pears: ok i downloaded a few scenerios and it says place the mp3 folders in the "sound" folder but i cant find the sound folder any where please help!
Elpea: Your sound folder is right next to your fart sounds folder.

I have Reyk’s Editor and the effect is not there.

It’s funny, I used to have the “Load Scenario” effect but somehow it got erased from my trigger files.

Still, my scenario is working (Loading Scenarios).

Can anyone post the effect here?
My AOE3 Scenarios:
Strategic Objectives: Death Valley / Strategic Objectives: Russo-Turkish Wars
The Tapir Witch Chronicles: Immortal Cows – Single Player / Multiplayer
“Annihilation” 2V2 (Supremacy) Multiplayer / Tribe Wars (2V2/FFA) Multiplayer
Strategic Objectives: Islands / Forest Domination II Multiplayer / Geronimo’s Revenge

post [ code ] before the effect (without the spaces) and [ / code ] after it.

For those who don't know, you can copy/paste that code into Notepad and save it as an xml file, such as load.xml. Save it in your aoe3 "Main folder>trigger folder" (the folder will be called trigger2 for TWC and trigger3 for TAD).
