Progress:

The Staff and I have decided to revive the download spotlight. We have discussed the topic at length and think the only way to choose the files to put in, is to ask the community.

Phase IV

You nominated, you voted and you discussed. After 2 weeks of bloodshed, and me working (omg), the files have been uploaded!

Some files have been merged, and I even found one that was already up there
